In addition to being interested in all things design related I am also an huge fan of mixed martial arts. Martial arts has been a huge part of my life growing up and continues to be a means of both exercise and relaxation.

I am a 27 year old 3D Artist, born and raised in Wichita, Kansas. While I was growing up my main focus in life was sports. Baseball, football, basketball, and I even earned my black belt in Tae-kwon-do. Imediatlly following high school I began work for a computer retailer where I was first exposed to the computer as more then just a word processor. It was around this time that a few of my co-workers introduced me to a computer game called EverQuest, it turned out to be a life altering moment. I had played other video games in the past, but nothing on the scale of this game. It was at this point that I knew what I wanted to do with the rest of my life. Unfortunatly, I had no clue how to go about doing this. Before I knew it six years had passed. I had moved around to three different companies, none of which I cared much about, and I was miserable. Then I was told that the company I was working for had to down size, and since I was a recent hire I was going to be let go. I thanked my boss for the opertunity to work for her and told her that she had actually helped me with a difficult question I was wrestling with. A month before I was laid off my friend had told me about a school located in Winter Park, Florida. It was a different type of school, but it was right up my alley. At this school I would be given the chance to persue my dream of making video games for a living, but doing so ment that I had to leave behind my friends, family, and life that I had known. That was two years ago now, and it turned out to be the best decision I have ever made. I have learned the tools of the trade and feel confident that I will be a valuable addition to any company. While attending Full Sail University one of my class mates introduced me to her beautiful friend, who I am now happy to call my wife. My experience at Full Sail University has been more valuable then I could have ever hoped for, both personally and academicly. And now that I have graduated I look forward to putting this top notch education to practical use, doing a job that I love, in an industry that only 2 years ago seemed impossible.

I like good music, it doesn't matter the genera. My taste is rather eclectic when it comes to music, about the only thing you will never catch me listening to is country music.

More then anything I love a good laugh, and nothing makes me laugh like Family Guy or Futurama. I am also a huge fan of Dexter...season 3 can't come soon enough.
